Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are custom made, we do not offer refunds unless there was an error on our part — such as a misprint, wrong item, or a defective product. If that’s the case, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

We are unable to offer refunds for issues related to sizing, missed deadlines, or change of mind once an order has been placed.
