Shipping Policy

  • Shipping: If selected, your order will ship to the address you entered at checkout.
  • Pickup: If offered and selected, orders will be delivered to your selected pickup location for distribution.
  • Notifications: You’ll receive an email when your order ships or has been delivered to the pickup location. Please note, if you choose shipping, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided so that you may track your package.

Address Verification

  • To ensure successful delivery, we require that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • If there is an issue with the address provided, we will not ship your order until we receive confirmation or correction from you.
  • You will be contacted via email to confirm your address if any issues are detected.
  • Orders will only ship once a verified address is provided.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.


Shipping Carriers & Rates 

We use USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.


Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).
  • InkHead is not responsible for:
    • Packages lost in transit
    • Packages stolen after delivery
    • Damage that occurs during shipping
  • We do not replace or refund orders that have been lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for any delivery or damage issues.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that all risks of loss or damage after shipment are assumed by the carrier and/or the recipient.
